I've lived those; it's super hard. Grief you didn't know was there suddenly shows up in peculiar ways. After having my share, I believe the quality of your transition directly impacts your next chapter.
That's why I work with people in disorientation, in what feels like helplessness and potentiality at the same time. That's where a new reality gets built slowly, with rollbacks and breakthroughs, chipping away at the burden of confusion.
